Abstract : I.d like to invite people  to read the Hypertext ‘Under the ashes’which is a mystery story .I made this  paper with two classmates: Teresa Gomez Sonlleva and Diana Hervás Castillo. In the Introduction,  you.ll find a brief description of the action of the story and  where it takes place. Moreover you have an explanation about what a Hypertext is. I have made too a summary of the story, so you can get interested in the action. It takes place in a typical old haunted house and occurs in 1994 when the main characters reach the house in a stormy night. Fifty years before something dreadful had happened in this place and they have been feeling attracted by the house for a long time.

After reading the story, we find that it has a great similarity with the film ‘the Haunting’, and the house is a very important element in the narrative.
 

Auto-evaluation: This subject has been a bit difficult because I have not got a computer and I have never used a computer, but I found the story very interesting, and with a little help of a classmate and a lot of effort of myself I finally have managed my own site. Taking into consideration that I even had to drive to another town to use a computer in a cybercafe, I think that I, at least, should pass the subject.
