PERSONAL
OPINION
It’s a good hypertext.
Really you pass an amusing time reading it although a reflexion is necessary to
be able of extract two possible main tendencies. In some links that constitute
the body of the hypertext appear references which could indicate us that the
baby won’t be completely healthy (for example Month
Two: Your Mood, Month
Three: Your Amnio, Month
Four: Your Worries)
This information appears to
us with subtlety, as a remote possibility but at the end present. I wanted to
comment the last hypertext’s sentences:
And soon you'll get pregnant again. Because your memory of the pregnancy will be short, disjointed pictures of things gone bad, and those memories will not add up to anything substantial.(Month Nine: Your Labor)
Here the author is telling us that women have a bad memory and with the pass of the time they forget the pregnancy’s pain. But if we looked at the words “disjointed pictures of things gone bad” they can hide a meaning related with the baby’s health (a genetic disease is possible in the newly born).
Apart from this, the story describes a pregnancy without taboos showing us the reality as it is. Characters are very good created for the hypertext’s content.
