Our town - Szekszárd - is situated in southern Hungary. It is the seat of Tolna county which is the smallest one in our country. This region is economically disadvantaged, the infrastructural network is underdeveloped, because of it there are few important factories and few vanat jobs in the area.

Our school puts the emphasis on developing our students´ICT skills, we are eager to teach children even within the frame of extra-curricular activities. We adopt modern teaching methods such a cooperative education and projects to motivate our students. These methods improve their communicative and social skills which are vital to be effective at school and later in the workforce market. There are a lot of sport, art programmes, language courses to make the students able to take the language examination.

Our school consist of a kindergarten, an elementary school and the kindergarten are in a little village called Szedres, that's about 15 km from our school.

Whe would like to involve our students in the Comenius project and give them the opportunity to travel abroad, practice foreign languages by communicating with other European students, broaden their horizons and provide life-long experiences.
